Rachel is a cherished member of the Total Therapy family and one of our most adored customers, has a story that intertwines beautifully with the history of our beloved community. Born and raised in Denver, Rachel's life is a vivid reflection of her love for family, a zest for vacations, and a unique flair for creating endearingly embarrassing moments for her grandchildren.

Previously, Rachel skillfully managed the front desk in suite 203 for another esteemed customer's business. After three decades of dedicated service, that business retired, leaving behind a legacy that Rachel was a significant part of. In a serendipitous turn of events, Total Therapy moved into this very space, and we had the joy of welcoming Rachel back to the front desk chair she once adorned.

Now, Rachel brings her invaluable experience and expertise to Total Therapy. She celebrates for her love of family, knack for creating fun moments, and her "box of kittens shy of crazy" enthusiasm. Her passions extend to thrifting, antiques, and the elegance of ballroom dancing. Rachel's presence at the front desk isn't just a role; it's a continuation of her journey in enriching and connecting with our community.
