After retiring from her long career as an administrative assistant, Nancy discovered her passion for outdoor activities and spent her days hiking, kayaking, and biking with her family. However, her active lifestyle took a toll on her body, leaving her in need of regular massages for relaxation and healing.

 

One day, while receiving a much-needed massage at Total Therapy, Nancy struck up a conversation with the friendly receptionist, Carolyn, who greeted her. She was impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the team and was drawn to the idea of working in a wellness-oriented environment. When she learned that Total Therapy was looking for a receptionist, Nancy saw it as the perfect opportunity to combine her administrative skills with her existing passion for wellness.

 

Nancy joined Total Therapy as a receptionist and quickly became an integral part of the team. Her warm and welcoming demeanor, coupled with her excellent organizational skills, makes her a natural fit for the role. She enjoys interacting with clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly.

 

As a receptionist, Nancy finds fulfillment in creating a positive experience for clients from the moment they walk through the door. She loves being a part of a team that prioritized client-centered care and helping people improve their well-being. Nancy feels grateful to have found a new chapter in her career that aligned with her interests and allowed her to contribute to the wellness of others.
