Heather Gauthier, Owner and Massage Therapist at Total Therapy Massage & Spa.

 

Heather, the CEO and founder of Total Therapy Massage & Spa, has been a licensed and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist since 2008. Her passion for massage therapy blossomed as she worked with Olympic Gymnast Training in Connecticut while attending Massage Therapy School. She has since gained a wealth of experience in various settings, including physical therapy clinics, fitness centers, chair massage, and private practice, among others.

 

Heather's primary love is providing relief to athletes, and she has extensive expertise and certifications in rehabilitative care, specializing in pre-natal, sports, neuromuscular, craniosacral, myofascial release, deep-tissue, cupping, acupressure, and pain relief techniques. She has also received certification in Hot and Cold Stone Therapy and continually seeks to expand her knowledge through further education.

 

Clients value Heather's firm and strong touch in her bodywork, creating a space for healing of the mind, body, and spirit. She combines nurturing, educated touch with attentive listening to the body's rhythms, providing a personalized and therapeutic experience.
