Grace's journey at Total Therapy began over a year ago as a receptionist, where her kindness, professionalism, and natural ability to make people feel seen quickly made her a guest favorite. Now a full-time Licensed Massage Therapist, she brings that same heartfelt presence into every session, creating a space where clients feel genuinely supported, understood, and cared for.

Grace is trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Cupping, Heated Bamboo Massage, and more. Her work is defined by intuitive touch, thoughtful pacing, and a growing specialization in sports massage - and area fueled by her own love of movement. Whether she's hiking mountain trails, swimming, or cycling, Grace channels her active lifestyle into helping clients stay mobile, balanced, and pain-free.

She listens deeply, tailors each treatment with intention, and approaches every client with the goal of improving not just how they feel in the moment, but how they function long after they leave the treatment room.
