Chrissy brings an extraordinary blend of skill, heart, and leadership to her role as General Manager at Total Therapy. A graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts, Chrissy is a highly trained massage therapist and reflexologist, specializing in Swedish, deep-tissue, neuromuscular, sports massage, cranial sacral, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology. She believes deeply in the power of client-centered care, tailoring each session to support her clients' individual goals and overall well-being.

With a 20-year background in behavioral and speech therapy, Chrissy has a unique ability to connect, understand, and support both clients and team members. Her empathy, communication skills, and nurturing presence have earned her the trust of everyone she works with.

Chrissy joined Total Therapy and quickly rose to Lead Massage Therapist within her first six months, thanks to her outstanding work ethic and commitment to excellence. After three years of continued dedication and leadership, she was promoted to General Manager - a role in which she plays a vital part in guiding the spa's ongoing growth. She leads by example - supporting staff development, creating structure and helping to shape a work culture rooted in professionalism, collaboration, and care.

She is a true team builder, passionate about helping others reach their potential and creating an environment where therapists and estheticians feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. Her influence touches every part of Total Therapy - from the client experience to the systems that keep the spa running smoothly.

When she's not working, you can find Chrissy enjoying the Colorado outdoors or simply relaxing at home curled up on the couch with her cat.
