Sara is a dedicated Massage Therpaist and Esthetician, bringing her passion for holistic wellness to Total Therapy. Graduating from both massage and esthetics programs in South Dakota, Sara has always been driven by her deep-seated desire to care for others.

Before venturing into the realm of Massage Therapy and Esthetics, Sara lent her compassionate touch to the healthcare field. She provided dedicated care to Alzheimer's and Dementia patients, offering comfort and support during their challenging hourneys. Sara also played an essential role in a disability service, extending care and assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Sara takes immense pride in creating a safe place and inclusive space for individuals of all backgrounds. She understands the importance of providing a welcoming and non-judgmental environment for everyone seeking her treatments.

Sara's commitment to personal growth is ongoing, as she currently pursues her bachelor's degree in Psychology. Her curiosity extends beywond wellness, as she harbors a deep interest in Japanese culture and history. Sara can engage in intermediate-level conversations in Japanese and has even had the privilege of visiting Japan.

Sara is renowned for her talent in delivering deeply relaxing massages, regardless of the desirerd pressure. Her goal is to mesmerizze clients with her soothing touch. She is also recognized for her expertise in deep-tissue massages, particularly using heated bamboo techniques. Sara's unique approach involves "rolling out" her clients' tension and knots, leaving them feel rejuvenated and stress-free.

 

Sara's expertise extends beyond massage therapy; as a Licensed Esthetician, she specializes in skincare and facial treatments that enhance both inner and outer beauty. Her comprehensive knowledge of esthetics ensures that each client receives personalized skincare solutions that leave them looking and feeling their best.
