Outside the treatment room, Amanda's life is a reflection of her holistic approach to wellness. She sharpens her mind with puzzles and games, nutures her creativity through painting and reading, and stays physically and mentally balanced with martial arts and yoga. A skilled baker, Amanda finds joy in sharing her creations with loved ones. At home, she treasures time spent with her senior dog and playful kitten, who add warmth and vibrancy to her life.
